This lists every sausage and each mash you might get on your Whole Hog
Okay, so there are 2 kinds of Whole Hog - A normal Whole Hog, containing every sausage on the menu..... and a DTVS Hog - Containing all meat sausages, with all 4vegetarian ones being replaced by extra meat ones.
It costs £60 and it should feed between 4 and 6 - There's no finer way to feed a large party. It's the only communal meal you can get in an Oxfordshire Restaurant. Amongst the varieties are: Pork & Leek, Pork & Apple, Oxford, Cumberland, Gluten Free Venison, Lamb & Apricot, Piri Piri Chicken, Merguez, Pheasant & Pear, Pheasant & Tarragon, Lamb & mint, Smoked Bacon, Duck, Orange & Apricot. Then Vegetarian Stilton & Walnut, Basil & Vine, Wild Mushroom & Garlic, Thai Spiced varieties. Of the mashes you'll get, Carrot & Swede, Wholegrain Mustard, Celeriac, Rose, Creamed, Garlic & Rosemary. You'll also get red cabbage, garden peas, fried onions, stilton gravy and a rich red wine gravy. It's a feast!
If your party have allergies, we would require prior knowledge, so we can ensure everyone is catered for safely. There are times during peak service when Whole Hogs may not be available without prior information. Some sausages may be off the menu, due to season or stock rotation
